About the role:
We have our own into- plane (ITP) fuelling operation at Brisbane Airport. This is an exciting transformation for our Aviation operations. Our focus is a safe, reliable and agile operation, leveraging our experience and extensive knowledge of successful refuelling operations in airport environments.
You will be a valued team member working in a culture where safety and teamwork always comes first. The role involves driving on the tarmac and working alongside other operations, refuelling planes with a focus on safety.
Key responsibilities;
- Ensuring thorough understanding of the procedures for Refuelling tasks
- Ensure pre-shift or pre-start inspections are carried, recording and documenting as required
- Adhere to procedures and safety
- Ensure minor vehicle and equipment is well presented and maintenance is carried out in a timely manner
- Routine quality checks
About you
We are seeking individuals who display a can-do attitude and high attention to detail. You will look after all aspects of refuelling as per the company policies and procedures and operate in line with requirement of the Airport legislations. You have a strong knowledge and experience of safe working principles and display high awareness for hazards in the workplace. We are willing to train and upskill with a heavy rigid licence.
